The main tasks of the center are: (1) to enhance the accurate collaborative monitoring of bamboo forest carbon sequestration and the capacity of increasing sequestration and reducing emissions; (2) to research and create promotions and industrial development model for carbon sequestration technology of bamboo forest; (3) to cultivate and train senior technology R&D and management talents of bamboo forest carbon sequestration; (4) to promote carbon sequestration industry demonstration of bamboo forest and large-scale promotion.
